We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • No refunds for dissatisfaction, non-use, or change of mind
  • No refunds for technical issues or service interruptions
  • No refunds for account termination or cancellation
  • Only exception: Verified fraud (determined by authorities or banks)

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Hustle Launch does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason.

2. Fraud Exception

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in cases of verified fraud. Fraud determinations must be made by:

  • Law enforcement authorities
  • Financial institutions or banks
  • Payment processors with documented fraud investigation

Refunds for fraud will only be processed upon receipt of official documentation from the determining authority.

3. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, you must contact us first.

If you believe you are a victim of fraud or unauthorized charges:

  1. Call us immediately at the number provided in your account or email billing@hustlelaunch.com
  2. Provide documentation of the suspected fraud
  3. Allow us to investigate and resolve the matter internally

We will work with you and relevant authorities to resolve legitimate fraud claims. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and collection actions.

4. Internal Fraud Resolution

When you contact us regarding suspected fraud, we will:

  • Investigate the claim within 5-10 business days
  • Coordinate with payment processors and authorities as needed
  • Issue refunds for verified fraud cases
  • Provide documentation of our findings

Our internal resolution process is designed to be faster and more efficient than bank chargeback procedures. We encourage you to work with us directly.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Failure to use the service or features
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Account termination for Terms of Service violations
  • Subscription cancellation requests
  • Disputes over AI-generated content quality
  • Any reason other than verified fraud

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing periods.
